Free or very cheap days out in Surrey and London with 4 and 1 year old. Any ideas?

I am trying to plan some fun days out with my 4 (boy) and 1 (girl) year old over the summer holidays. I live in Surrey and about 1 hour train journey from London. Money is tight so cheap as possible, or free! I know there are lots of things in London but it is thinking of things to keep both children entertained and the 1 year old not stuck in the pushchair all day!

Any ideas gratefully received!
