Insurance claim against Domino's moped rider

It was this post that told us you were contacted by the third party insurer's AMC offering help:
You do need to be sure that company are acting on the instructions from ERS.
Otherwise you may be getting hoodwinked into a credit hire type agreement!
Speak to ERS and see if they have an innocent third party claims department who can confirm everything is above board
I meant I haven't been contacted by the other party's (Domino's) insurer which is ERS. I've been contacted by Innovation Motors "who are acting on behalf of ERS".
What is a credit hire agreement and how do I know if this is one? They've given me the option of a garage sourced courtesy car or hire car from enterprise - I've opted for the former.0 -

I've no doubt that this "third party" company being used is actually Domino's themselves.
Almost certainly because the delivery driver for Domino's wasn't properly insured in the first place.
No ifs or buts, the delivery driver must have had Hire and Reward insurance. The salient point is, does the driver/rider get paid for driving/riding?
Many fast food places are franchised owned and few owners want to pay out a few grand for every delivery driver, which is what H&R will almost certainly cost.
No wonder you've never got to see their insurance policy.0 -

There is no reason why Dominos would need (or have) to show their insurance policy to the OP or any other third party they are involved in a claim with!
The manager offered up this document to the OP only to find she didn't have it.
Why not comment on what was actually posted by the OP instead of being a smarty pants?0
