Chargeback - Buying on Amazon via 3rd Party

I bought several of the same hard drives on Amazon for £300 in 1 purchase. The product page says "Dispatched from and sold by company name here".
Can I still do a chargeback or Section 75? As I understand it, you can't do a chargeback/section 75 when buying from Marketplace selllers but I only bought from the item page, I didn't click on the "11 new from £100" link which takes you to the marketplace listings. So does my purchase count as buying from Amazon or the Marketplace?
I noticed that the guy I bought the drives from has a listing on the marketplace for the same price as I paid on the product page.

Typically Amazon lists the lowest available price on the product page which may or may not be "sold and dispatched by Amazon". Where the lowest price is a Marketplace seller that will be listed on the product page and the Amazon offer if one is available will be listed in "Other sellers on Amazon."
Probably not a leg to stand on regarding S75.0 -
Thanks. I was afraid of that. The amazon prize is in the Marketplace listings and it says dispatched within 2 months.
Did Amazon just start to do that recently as I'm sure it used to be if the item wasn't in stock by Amazon then the Add to Cart button on the product page wouldn't be available and instead just below that would be the Marketplace link saying "10 new from £100".
Can you confirm that you definitely can't do a chargeback or section 75 when buying marketplace items?
Also is it correct that when an item does qualify, you can do a section 75 if the item was bought within the last 4 years. I've seen other sites such as Barclarcard say that but it didn't say the time in the section 75 article on MoneySavingExpert.com.0 -

Thanks. But if that doesn't work can anyone confirm that you definitely can't do a chargeback or section 75 when buying marketplace items?

If you look at Martin's guide, it basically says S75 claims in this scenario are a bit of a grey area - you can try but might have a fight.

I can't see why chargeback wouldn't work though, as long as the order was less than 120 days ago. Give it a try

You can do a chargeback.
Here's info from Amazon about what happens (as you will see, this info from the marketplace seller's perspective) : https://payments.amazon.co.uk/help/201749650
You probably can't make an s75 claim, because you probably paid via Amazon Payments Europe sca, who are an intermediary.0
