Tesco Credit Card Application

Hi

Has anyone done a tesco clubcard credit card application recently?

I went through the application online, got accepted, read all the info on the next page and checked all the checkboxes as needed after reading it.

I then got to a page asking if I wanted to register for online banking, I said yes, did the first page of that and then got an error page.

I'm assuming the application went through ok...but I haven't had an email from them yet, so now I'm second guessing everything.

I tried to phone to see if the application went through, but they're closed today.

Has anyone else done an application recently? Did you get a confirmation email?

Yep, I applied & got accepted for one at the beginning of July. I didn't receive a confirmation email, but I did get emails when I set up the direct debit & set my statement preferences. Maybe try logging in to the internet banking site? It might let you continue the set up process.

It didn't get through the sign up process for the online banking thanks to the error, and if I try now it wants my credit card number which i don't have yet! :rotfl:

I signed up for Tesco cc online bank before card arrived a few mths ago.

You've got accepted - id wait for a few days and call up they can see if your accounts been created. Sounds to me that you just had a error when registering online.

I got a Tesco card a month ago so i cannot see much changing since then.
