In that case definitely bring it up with the sales staff and see whether they would be prepared to make the change. It might need planning permission

Best of luck here. Customer variations would not normally extend to this, though anything is possible, If you are lucky expect to be charged a premium sum for your request.

Basically it too much hassle for the builder when they can sell everything they build without variations and without complications. But give it a go - you have nothing to loose.
