THE PRIZE
13. Three nights in a Deluxe Double with a tasting dinner for two at Michelin star Bohemia and a 50 minute spa treatment each at The Club Hotel & Spa. The stay is subject to availability and is to be taken between 1 October 2016 to 30 April 2017 excluding Saturday nights, Bank Holidays, New Year and Valentine’s. In addition the winner and guest will receive: the following Barbour outfits: Women’s, 1 x Ladies Brae Wax Parka Jacket, 1 x Ladies Raincheck Sweatshirt and 1 x Barbour Picnic Rug. Men’s, 1 x Bedale Wax Jacket, 1 x Mens Greystead Striped T-Shirt, 1 x Barbour Hip Flask. These items are subject to availability and up to the total value of £700. The winner will also receive up to £500 for travel expenses (claimed after you trip with receipts).
14. In the event of circumstances beyond our control the promoter is not responsible for delays in travel.
15. Promoter reserves the right to publish name, town and county of the winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the Draw. If the winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise Promoter at time of being notified that they have won.
16. The Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the prizes on offer. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. The winner must claim the Prize no later than 30 days after the winner has been informed.
18. If the winner rejects or fails to claim the Prize on time in accordance with the clause 17 the Prize may be awarded to other entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
