Hi,
Am I correct in thinking the clear score get their information from equifax?
I'm just wondering as equifax have not removed a ccj yet and clear score have. The RT was going to send all CRA the paperwork but apparently Equifax will no remove until I send the paperwork.
Thanks in advance.

Perfect. I've just had in update from clear score and it's gone from my report so I assume it will be gone from equifax once the new report comes through.0

I would expect it to be the other way around because Equifax update in real time but Clearscore updates monthly. Assuming of course that you have the latest credit report from Equifax.0 -
Should have mentioned that I get my free score from clear score which I check as often as I like but I only check equifax through checkmyfile. I assume check my file will update once a month and hopefully it will be gone then. Cheers0

I've changed my opinion of Clearscore to not recommended for newbies.
I viewed my Clearscore score today and it's down by 29 points. That was because since February 2016 I applied for two credit accounts and each of the lenders searched my current address and my previous address. Clearscore interprets that as 4 hard searches over 5 months which they designate a negative.
Now if I was a newbie I would be concerned about that. But being experienced I know it's crap.
So newbies beware!0 -
Hi, so my ccj has been removed by all agencies apart from equifax and Clearscore. The thing is they now say discharged?? Anyone know what that means? Will lenders still see it?? There is no record of the ccj in the trust registry.0
