We are about five miles away from the fire so need to check our bug out bags too. We can see smoke and flames at night but fortunately the wind has changed so no longer have smoke and ash in the garden.

Cappella I'm eating and cooking the same kind of food as you. The most exotic we get in this hoose is pasta with a sauce Had local strawbs today and they were fabulous. I made eton mess

I saw a house on RM on monday, viewed yesterday with the vendor, offered this morning, increased in 3 steps and this afternoon my offer was accepted. I only saw this house by accident. Loved it, got that `calling me` zing

Market town, bus is 5 min walk away, bus goes to 3 towns every 20 minutes. Shops a 10 minute walk away, doctors a 10 minute walk away. Fate or what, oh yes needs work ie cosmetic, new boiler etc 90 years old detached house with 1/3 acre of immaculate flat gardens the back garden used to be an allotment. Downstairs also has a shower/bathroom and a downstairs bedroom/study
