It looks like Trump is ratcheting down the rhetoric. I wonder if his staff are reining him in? Honestly with all this 'my toy is bigger/shinier/whatever than yours' stuff, it must be like having a 7 year old in The White House. One day someone will call him out on it

Karmacat one of my 'must haves' is coconut oil which has a zillion uses. I get cold pressed organic oil (from Amazon).

I'd like to see what wanders around here at night - the back field and hills. Just always wanted them since I found out the water bailifs use them to catch poachers after the salmon :D

I do buy some coconut oil ... current jar unopened for four months :o learning new food routines is on my list of things to do later this year, I really need to branch out, so coconut oil might become a go-to ingredient later on!

Mar - I've started you going with the night sights now, haven't I :rotfl:there might be some good stuff round here. My street light goes out at midnight, so ... foxes ... badgers ... "courting" couples behind the little copse on the rec. ground :D ... rats :( ... and there are deer seen in the tiny little nature reserve that borders the local stream, or there were a few years ago. But if I bought thermal imaging equipment, they wouldn't pick up zombies, would they, cos there's no heat signature with zombies??? Better not get them, then :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Would zombies have a little residual heat in the very early days though?
I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back

The other night the dog and I came across a car parked on the village green. This was around 11.30 pm. I had to call him back as being blind, he is liable to run into unexpected objects. There was something blocking the rear windscreen. So I shone my torch in the side and there was one heck of a kerfuffle. :D Unfortunately not having my glasses on, I couldn't see the detail. ;)
Naturally on the way back and purely out of public duty, I shone my torch in again :rotfl:

On a different matter, I've had a bit of good news, on the health front.

I no longer need to do twice daily blood sugar testing.

Also, I'm off the Gliclazide, which means, according to the doctor, I'm no longer at risk of a "hypo".

On the down side, my Blood Pressure is still a bit high :( , so he's increased my Ramipril from 1.25mg per day, to 2.5mg per day.
