Looks like no hope for mine then that's due 25th but still hasn't been confirmed.
What response did you get gocat from TCB? This is the response I got from Matt when questioned:
It looks like this merchant hasn't validated some transactions that both were and were not part of that cashback rate you clicked through from. Therefore I don't believe this is a problem due to you taking part in that cashback rate.
Some merchants like banking, contract merchants etc do have lengthy validation periods and so this is likely the issue. The casback network works with different cashback sites and merchants, their role is to track transactions and get them progressing. For this reason it is them who need to query the merchant when things haven't progressed. However., that's not to say we sit and wait for this to happen as we don't. Instead, we also have a team set up to chase up these networks to ensure they are doing what they can to get cashback progressing. Ultimately things can't progress until we know whether or not we are eligible for cashback and this is what we are waiting for but as soon as we have any news about whether your transactions is eligible or not it will progress in your account.
The team may not be able to provide much more than this as an update in the future and this is because ultimately we wouldn't want to raise or lower expectations unnecessarily . All we can say is that we will progress your transaction, as soon as we have word from the merchant via their network.0 -

Your response is just passing the buck further down the line. How ever as far as I can see we have a contract with TCB beyond that is of no concern. If you are confident you met the T&C's and kept a copy, lodge a formal complaint before you escalate further, (this gives them 8 weeks to resolve the matter) siting the, Misrepresentation Act 1967.

Didn't get any response from mse@topcashback. But asked via pm on their facebook page and got this reply (putting it here so can compare with yours, )
There are still transactions that are pending and these are not specifically to that offer you took part in and therefore the issue is not with that. We are working with the cashback network to get these progressing asap but I am afraid we are unable to progress this further until the merchant has validated the transaction.
I am afraid I can't give you any further news about the progress of this transaction at this moment in time, but as soon as the merchant has progressed it you will also find that the transaction in your account moves to confirmed.
Best wishes,

Must say this bit puzzles me as the co op offer is the only outstanding payment I have on my topcashback account at the moment. The way I'm reading it, they are saying, I have other transactions that are pending?

I think it means that of the many 'ends Friday' etc. Co-op offers each considered a discrete offer some have gone to Confirmed and some remain at Pending but the date order has nothing to do with the status.
So the January £157.50 offer remains at Pending as do some other offers, and some offers made prior and subsequently have become Confirmed.
Maybe the Co-op affiliate that made the boo boo of £157.50 when it should have been £15.75 (probably) is having a 'problem' Validating the transactions relating to that offer.
Its mad innit!?;)0 -
Still pending.
It would appear that TCB have paid out for accounts opened in December i.e. reviews and Yorkshire Pud so hopefully the £157.50 will get paid next month, though obviously we are all sitting on pending so would require going straight to payable!!!!0 -
Yorkshire Pud can I ask if your TCB was done on it's own or was Co-op offering their own incentive as well? I think Co-op stopped doing their £100 incentive in November.
I'm only asking as I am wondering if the reason January's haven't been confirmed is because Co-op didn't have to validate any a/c's for their own incentive or if it is because they are trying to wiggle out of honouring the £157.50 deal.0 -
I was trying to raise a ticket as my 29 weeks pending have now turned into 31 but TCB won't allow any support ticket yet.0

My wife and I opened Co-op accounts via Top Cashback on 20/10/15. My wife received her cashback on 14/12/15.
My claim was stuck at pending until at least 11/04/16. On 13/05/16 I noticed the Co-op transaction had vanished.
I raised a claim but I'm still waiting........
'Good' news - my claim has been confirmed - now I just have to wait another 21 weeks...0 -
Well finally we have movement. It appears that all the £157.50/£151.50 deals taken in January have now been moved to CONFIRMED (unless for some unfortunate reason declined).
Therefore it doesn't look likely for them being paid this month(as expected due to Dec being paid in July). Here's hoping to soon though
.
Has anyone received payment this month for any Co-op TCB deal?0
