Co-op Bank Account Topcashback

Options
Hello

I am wondering if any one that has taken out any Topcashback Co-op account offers this year had their payment or their tracked cash back moved to Confirmed?

I did mine on the 4th January and it is still stuck on Pending, I know payments take on average 29 weeks so is due about the end of July. I also know from the £157.50 forum and asking Topcashback that all that applied in January are in the same situation.

If you have had some sort of movement on your tracked cash back then please let us know what and when you applied, so we have got some idea what is happening with ours (as Topcashback are not very forthcoming).

Thanks

My wife and I opened Co-op accounts via Top Cashback on 20/10/15. My wife received her cashback on 14/12/15.

My claim was stuck at pending until at least 11/04/16. On 13/05/16 I noticed the Co-op transaction had vanished.

I raised a claim but I'm still waiting........

I'd post on this thread below - the TCB reps are normally very proactive.

Interesting, my £105 from the second offer in April has gone to Confirmed today. The original £157.50 from January remains Pending.

From my perspective, and from the debate that took place on another thread, these 2 offers were not mutually exclusive, so I certainly hope they do not try to wriggle out of the larger amount on the basis that they are paying the smaller one from an application 3 months later on.

I will be watching this closely. Would be good if it became payable soon so I can get the be last payout to my Clubcard!

I opened an account May 2015 and filed a cashback claim January 2016. Nothng yet. I can't say that I'm optimistic about this!

I don't think there's much difference whether a CB shows as Pending or Confirmed with regard to when it gets paid.

Sometimes as with Nationwide this week I had one that had been showing as Confirmed for weeks become Payable but the other that was showing as Pending went to Confirmed and then Payable in a day and actually paid out before the former that had been at Confirmed for weeks.

I have a Confirmed Co-op due to become Payable next week IF the 29 weeks estimate is reliable.

Will let you know how it goes!

Well my one from January should be payable on the 25th, but I'm not exactly holding my breath. After all, it is an 'estimate', and I'm certain that estimate was only 20 weeks when I took up the offer.

    We shall see...

Thanks for this. Have emailed mse@topcashback.co.uk to try to find out what is happening as still waiting for my co op payment to go to confirmed.

The original 20 week estimate to become payable that morphed into 29 weeks is still not enough it seems for the Co-op sprinters:)

Just a few days overdue but c'mon isn't 29 weeks enough!? Why offer cashback in the first place if you/your trusted affiliates are so tardy about paying out (my Confirmed for ages transaction)?
