These terms and conditions apply to the Theatre Break competition (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance to these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter for this Promotion is TheatrePeople.com, Barnard’s Inn, 86 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (“the Promoter”).
3. The Promotion is only available to residents of the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man over the age of 18.
4. Entry to the competition means that you have opted in to receive promotional emails from TheatrePeople.com. You will not receive any emails from 3rd parties and your data will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
5. Employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a happening outside of their control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The prize consists of two Price Band A tickets to a selection of shows as offered by TheatrePeople.com for purposes of this prize, a one night stay at the Royal Garden hotel (Thu - Sun) in Sep - Oct 2016 or Jan - Mar 2017 (exclusions apply) in a Queen room and breakfast.
13. All other expenses associated with the prize such as transport to and from the hotel, theatre, food and drink shall be the responsibility of the winner and not the Promoter.
14. The Promoter will notify the winner as to when and where the prize can be collected.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for winners failing to attend their prize on time or, indeed, at all.
16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
