Can't get my cashback from Moneysupermarket.com

I switched to Scottishpower using Moneysupermarket.com on 28th April. After 2 months I emailed Moneysupermarket and they said they were awaiting confirmation from my supplier that I have switched in order to give me back my £30. So I got in touch with Scottishpower who immediately sent me an email verifying that I had switched and I forwarded it to Moneysupermarket. They emailed me back to say that I would be paid my £30 cashback on 26th August by BACS. Needless to say I am still waiting. I keep emailing Moneysupermarket and can't seem to get a reply. Then on the 7th September I had a very brief reply saying sorry for the delay and that I will get my cashback in the next 7 - 10 days. No explanation or anything to tell me what is going on. Martin always recommends sites like Moneysupermarket and I thought they were supposed to be good, but their service in this case has been awful. I still have not received the £30 after 4 months of switching, and I will never use them again to switch services. Has anyone else had this problem with them? And if so, did you get your cashback eventually.

On the basis of the information you have provided in the thread below, we believe we have successfully identified your application.

I'm glad to inform you that your cashback payment of £30 has today been processed and will be in your bank account within the next couple of days.

The delay in cashback payment was due to a processing issue at Scottish Power. This problem was experienced across all comparison sites and has resulted in the energy provider removing the ability for existing Scottish Power customers to transfer to alternative Scottish Power products until these processing issues have been resolved.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    Kind regards,
