The OP has also been away for two nights during this week, despite knowing that ordered items from Amazon for delivery during his two nights away and opened not just one letter but two letters with differents fines for this Asian gentleman and suspects fraud as two years ago he saw another Asian gentleman entering the property which allegedly has been empty for five years.

Not sure what constitues an Asian name either.

Is the extra information you're referring to from another thread? Or has the OP here been edited?
Interesting. Looks like there may indeed be another perspective from which to view this......:undecided

Just read the OPs other thread about the Amazon parcel and thought it may be helpful to share an experience of my own.

At Christmas, I ordered an item on line.
    It didn't arrive.
I tracked the parcel and it showed it as delivered, even though it hadn't been.

I contacted the company who were adamant their courier had left it with my neighbour, and had a 'signature' (unintelligible plastic pen scrawl across a tablet) from said neighbour.

Neighbour (known and trusted by me for years) equally adamant they'd not received my parcel.

No agreement was reached on the parcel whereabouts, but the company (not Amazon) allowed me to collect the item from their store.

Two weeks later, a courier arrived with original parcel and handed it to a family member who, regrettably, didn't think to ask its whereabouts over the preceding fortnight. So that remains a mystery.

Anyway, the point of this tedious tale:
My neighbour denied recieving my parcel.
And the company said she had.
    And the company was wrong.

Theres many Asian names out there, or do you think names like Singh are non Asian names, and I was given a description from Amazon that matched this guy perfectly and he DID have it but outright denied he did.

And it was one letter I opened by accident I have no idea why you think its two.

I didn't know Amazon items were out for delivery as the delivery dates were changed various times and I contacted Amazon to mention not to deliver as won't be in.

I suspected fraud as in the past 3 months I have had police at the door looking for someone in that property and men in suits asking if I had seen the tenant, and a few times in past I recieved dwp letters for that property and just binned them the people who live above and below him in the building mentioned it has happened many times over the years and they themselves tell me he has knocked on their doors before asking them if people have been looking for them and hinting to tell strangers that the place is occupied by him.

That and the curtains haven't been touched in over 5 eyars and lights are never on even in evening.

I never told him about the letter I recieved of his.
