    Do you really think that scratches on the back of a 4 year old TV iare going to effect it's value by a significant amount?

    But to be fair thats totally irrelevant, because it would be HOW those scratches were made that would worry me (dropped, knocked, scraped), and what internal weaknesses and damages that the incident may have caused that will possibly be relevant in the future.
    You dont expect a firm to fix one set of problems, while returning it with an entirely different potential set of new ones.

    Correct! Who knows whats going on under the dents now! Either way, JL have agreed to give me a replacement TV now as this has dragged on for too long.

    As for the injured puppies, by the looks of it they repaired the TV!
