Hi, these deals for new drivers, the fuel and go, we are looking at for our daughter. She's been driving a year on her own insurance, with both us parents as named drivers.
Can parents be named drivers on the fuel and go deals?
Her car is a right heap, so needs replacing this time, and these deals SEEM attractive, but we would need to be on the insurance too.

Don't know which deal you are looking at but one says this:-

£500 excess applies to all policies. In the event of a fault claim and/or motoring convictions during your policy period additional premiums apply. Offer only available to people 25 years of age and over, this age limit applies to all drivers. Drivers must have a clean driving licence (minor convictions may be accepted – up to 6 points with a maximum of 3 points per conviction). A full UK licence must be held for a minimum of 3 years. You must hold at least 3 years no claims bonus. No more than 1 fault claim/accident in the last 3 years. You must not have any criminal convictions. This offer applies to new and pre-registered (delivery mileage) vehicles only. Named drivers may be accepted but will be subject to additional criteria
