Double Glazing Quotes

Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing replacement double glazing. In total there are two doors and 11 windows - which includes two structural bay windows.

I had 3 companies (mix of national and local - ruled 1 national out pretty quickly) out to quote and now have two final quotes ranging from £7.5k - £8.5k. Before I go ahead and decide which company to use I wanted to try and check the quotes seem reasonable. I'm located in the South East.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

The details are as follows:

1) Bay windows with toughened glass
  • 2 x side panels with fanlight and 2 openings - 700mm x 1725mm
  • Main panel with 3 frames, each with a fanlight but no openings - 1940mm x 1725mm
2) Another bay window but without toughened glass
  • 2 x side panels with fanlight and 2 openings - 700mm x 1240mm
  • Main panel with 3 frames, each with a fanlight but no openings - 1940mm x 1240mm
3) 2 x windows with obscure glass, 1 opening each - 570mm x 880mm

4) Window with 3 frames, 2 of which open - 1770mm x 870mm

5) Another 3 framed window, 2 openings - 1820mm x 880mm

6) 1 frame window with fanlight, 2 openings - 1200mm x 1115mm

7) Patio door with toughened glass - 1980mm x 2080mm

8) uPVC door with full panel of toughened obscure glass - 840mm x 2100mm

Thanks in advance.
