Car insurance - injuries or not?

Hope someone may be able to help.
Accident this year, deemed I was at fault hitting another car. Needless to say I now have a camera in my car but unfortunately did not then.
Passengers were fine but three months later they put in a claim (both of them) for whiplash.
Now I am shopping around for insurance, what do I state regarding injuries? At the time of the whiplash claim my insurer told me they were seeking medical documentation. As of today they have told me they have not received that yet and the claim is still open.
So when asked were there any injuries what should I tick?

Obviously, yes.0 -
"Victims" of injuries sustained in traffic incident like this have 3 years to make claims (Minors have much longer - till they reach the age of 21)montereyjack wrote: »
