Bit of advise please. My daughter works full time but went onto maternity leave end march /beg april. She is taking a full 12 months maternity leave...
now the form asks for earnings for 2015 to 2016 but obviously this will be reduced dramatically whilst on SMP. Do we just submit the form with the 2015-2016 figure or do we put a letter in to state she is now on SMP, i cant see a box on the form to add this information.

Yes she needs to answer the questions as they are on the form.
Once her claim is processed she'll be sent an awards notice asking her if there is any changes, including to this year's income.0 -

To add, she'll only be considered working for the first 39weeks of her maternity.
She will need to call them to inform them when the 39 weeks is up.0 -
