Hi All
Sorry to hear you are still struggling with your arm Foxgloves & you Legomum laughing at all the bra chat though
why am I now thinking of Barbara Windsor & Sid James and 'that' campsite scene.
PF well done you!!
Determined hope you and DGD have a lovely time on your day out.
Ziggy Lovely to see you posting & hope your neighbour sorts his guttering out soon.
Have had a good day. Spent 2 hours outside with the kids in our garden. DD had a great time with a former sandpit filled with water. DS still loves his trampoline we spend hours on there. Best £80 I ever spent (almost 5 years ago)
DS was at a party from 11 to 1 so he was fed and watered for free.
Have just done them both spagetti, brocoli and meat balls for tea. Really dont see the point in 'baby food' she eats really well for 9 months & we just chop her food finely.
Looking forward to the weekend.
Bye all.

Ziggy - Thanks for asking. My poorly arm is actually fractionally better this last couple of days. I received some good advice & have been icing it most days but also making sure I do move it so it doesn't sieze up. I've had it weeks. It is only just very slightly better but am really hoping it's turning a corner. Reaching for seatbelt & putting bra on still extremely difficult.....& don't suggest asking mr f to help.....they're a lot better at taking them off than they are fastening them up, aren"t they, lol xx
Hehehe. :rotfl: Glad it's maybe on the mend. Come to think of it it's not just men that struggle.

Hi July Joculants,
Thanks for the starter PF.
Debt Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Two:
* Work an 8 hour shift. Some challenges but I survived and came close to enjoying myself.
* Took a packed lunch. Didn't eat the mini choccy bar so I bought that home.
* Signed up for a Tesco Orchard campaign.
* Unsubscribed from a few junk emails.
* Paid off £133 debt to the HMRC as they overpaid our Tax Credits. The !!!!!!!s.
How about you folks?

:rotfl: You ladies are the best when I need a wee laugh.
Hope you've all had a good day.
I'm hoping to get my house in ship shape this weekend but I seriously cannot imagine a time when my whole house will be completely organised. Feeling so overwhelmed by it.
Wish me luck! 0 -

Love, love this thread. Not only are everyone helpful and kind (wouldn't it be nice if everyone in RL was like that too) but when I come back on it reminds me of what I committed to in the morning
just done two things I'd not for round to before and my list is done.
Hugely productive day, called the 4 companies we have protection schemes with and got all the details I need to make comparisons. Must register for one of their sites as link is only valid for 7 days. Got 4 lots of superb customer service :T
Got a great broadband offer from current supplier, having hung out and ignored their previous lame offer (well logged on and looked like I was going to take it then didn't
) will just do one more check on it and then accept.
On a cleansing note, emptied and cleaned undersrairs cupboard, moved contents of porch to said cupboard - minus 3 bags for charity sale, one donation to fleabay pile and we can now use our front door for first time in 2 years
it's good for the soul too
,
DH and I decided weren't too overly hungry so tea has gone in fridge for tomorrow, DH had smoothie with fruit in the turn and I'm just off to make a ys salad
Enjoy your evening folks. PF.0 -
Evening all

Thanks for starting us off PF, and yay to paying off the credit card :j
And as for the rest of you lot, what are you like?
:rotfl:
Today I have:
Cleaned and painted a shelf unit thingy in the kitchen, now gone from dull brown wood to chalky winter grey
OH has put it back up for me, and I will need to wax it tomorrow before I decide which of the [STRIKE]carp[/STRIKE] vintage items that were stacked on there before to put back
Walked dog for free exercise
Sold an item on ebay
Listed more bits, free listing again this month
Not spent anything :T
Watered everything that needed it in the back garden
Made a big pot of bolognese, had some for dinner, plenty left for another night. Used up some leftover bits from the fridge and freezer in the process, together with HG garlic and a chilli :T
Hmm, doesn't sound a lot, but the painting took ages, waiting for coats to dry, painting it one way up, then the other
Must scuttle off to raid the freezer for something for dinner tomorrow that will go with the broad beans OH has decided will be ready - and make a shopping list

Hi all
Just checking in. Had to ring up to sort out insurance for DS1s moped this afternoon. I got really confused about the excesses but instead of getting flustered and being persuaded to take the most expensive option I asked the bloke to talk me through it all slowly and he was really nice. I was really pleased with myself.
Thinking about a few days camping in August. We werent going to have a holiday this year but there is a really nice site on the coast 25 miles away that is quite cheap. We could self cater and do budget days out, lots of walking. Need to think a bit more about it.
Work tomorrow, got to think of the pennies! Need to look at the finances too.0
