How do you get notified if you win a twitter comp? Im new to twitter do I have to go back to tweets and check the winner on page or will they message me?

I have been entering twitter comps for years and never had a notification, don't know why I bother.I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus0

It's usually in a direct message or a notification, but some companies post you as the winner without tagging you so you have to return to the page to see if you won.0
