But the OP had said they had emailed, so wasn't sure why they hadn't put the email address in and thought they had just forgotten to do so. I see they have now :-)

And using different emails etc.. Their servers see every IP address that sends an email, meaning enter more than once and it will flag up, meaning in most cases your entry will be void..

That would be true if you have your own email server. It's not true for most email as they are sent from their host servers and not your IP address.
