Terms and conditions of the Zoflora Interactive Garden ‘Win £500 Gardening vouchers’ Competition

In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the Site will apply to the ‘Win £500 Gardening vouchers’ competition.
The promoter of the Competition is Zoflora, Thornton & Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.

1. Promotion entrants agree to be bound by terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.

2. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. The competition commences on Wednesday the 29th June 2016 at 6pm and finishes on 29th July 2016 at 5pm. All winners will be notified by email by the 12th August 2016.

4. No purchase necessary - entry to the competition is free. To enter, users have to answer three questions based on the content in the Zoflora Interactive Garden. Then users must fill in their details including name, email address and address.

5. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

6. You may only submit one entry per person.

7. Entry does not guarantee a prize.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable.

9. The promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion or any technical failures or malfunctions, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the promoter's control.

10. The prize is as follows:

1st Prize: £500 of Garden centre vouchers to spend (vouchers from Voucher Express) and a bundle of Zoflora products, worth £50.
Runner Up Prize: (20 – 1000) x runner up bundles of Zoflora which comprises of: 1 x 120ml bottle of Zoflora ‘Green Valley’ Disinfectant and a Zoflora trigger spray bottle.
Promoter: Zoflora, Thornton and Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the full competition mechanic and prizes. A full list of the winners can be viewed at the end of the competition.
