Problem connecting to Sky broadband

Hi all, I wondered if anyone may be able to help me with a pc problem.
I bought a new dell pc which didn't have wifi built in so I had a Tp-Link TL WN881ND fitted.
It worked fine, but after a couple of days I now have a problem - it connects to my Sky router okay but can't seem to access the internet. It says "No Interent, secured" and displays the arc with yellow hazard in the tray.
I can acces the interent using my phones wifi tethering and the pc so I figure the pci card works fine, and my old pc can access my Sky broadband on the same desk so I know Sky is working.
For some reason they didn't seem to work together as though I have blocked it somehow ( which wouldn't surprise me)
Amy help much appreciated. Thanks

I've found external adapters can be a bit flaky - try disabling it and then re-enabling in network settings, or even uninstall the adapter and reinstall?0
