Anyone use webuyanycar to sell a scrap car?

I need to scrap my old car (never scrapped a car so all new to me). The local scrappers offer around the £30 mark, WBAC online valuation is £75 (based on no MOT etc). I know they always knock down valuations, just wondered if they were worth bothering with given the relatively big difference in price they are offering (even if they knock 20-30% off the value it's still more than local scrappers).

Or if anyone has any recommendations for better alternatives, also appreciated :)

They also take 49.99 "admin" fee.
They offered me 50 quid for a very old transit I had. It was mint condition and very very low miles. After admin charge I would have got 1p.
I advertised it elsewhere and got £3500.
Advertise it in local papers etc for 250. Someone will be interested in it, even for parts.

"There is no transaction fee applicable for cars valued below £99.99" (small print on the valuation)

It's not worth 250, not even worth triple figures IMO

A friend's son got £130 for his clio.
Less £50 "admin" fee :( so just £80

Surprised they didn't simply offer you £125, and give you £75, that's a much better deal than only £75 ;)
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

(except air quality and Medical Science ;))
