Premier Solicitors "Outstanding Parking Charge"

Morning, regarding the letter I sent to TPS at post 17, I have received a reply from Premier Solicitors.

They have firstly added reference and LBCs to the other issue I raised above, about the hospital. So now I have had Wright Hassall letters and Premier Sols over this? Not sure how the two of them can write about this but this is currently with the landowner as we have visited.

Reference the original thread query (the pool), whilst this is still with the landowner their response to my email is as follows:

"We confirm that our client maintains the PCN Notice is valid and payable (photo attached). Based upon:
The fact that the vehicle did not display a valid pay and display ticket. This is a breach of the Ts and Cs of the site, which were agreed upon parking at the site.
As you will see a PCN was affixed to the window making the driver aware, and provided the opportunity to appeal, however no appeal or any response was received.
Our client has sent further correspondence to you reminding you. Still no response was received.
Our client has followed the correct procedure and all documentation is compliant with the POFA and the BPA.
As no details were provided of the driver, our client is entitled to pursue you as registered keeper.
Our client has made reasonable attempts to notify but correspondence has been ignored. As a result, your right to appeal has expired. Though we would note, you have not contested the PCN itself.
Finally, any complaint to the SRA would be robustly defended."

Then regarding my comments of the PCN being disproportionate, they refer me to Beavis saying "obviously many of the comments are case specific, we would argue the charges levied are justifiable and in line with the landowners desires for an efficiently managed parking system"

"If payment is not made by x, our client will have no option other than to commence formal civil proceedings without further reference".

Any advice is welcomed please as essentially they have just ignored me email. As stated, no PCN was received on the day and I have equally had no letters despite these assurances. Again this is a site I am a regular paying customer and if there isn't a ticket on the car, it's because the machine is broken where by a note is left after informing staff.

    Agreed, complain to the SRA:

And also reply to Premier again - never leave the ball in their court. When it is a solicitor, always respond.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
