    DONT spend so much money on a wedding day, plan for the days/life after the day and dont let a wedding day put you in any debt.

    That is most certainly the easiest and most practical long term solution.

    Aside from OP being in London (and a higher cost of living), that 50k is theoretically plenty of money to have a comfortable lifestyle and a decent wedding etc with enough left over to clear bills which £500 extra a month would suffice.

    I think, instead of a second job (and that extra money you earn mayactually be an illusion when you factor in possible health/family issues with extra working), OP should be looking into cutting back on monthly expenditure where possible.
