Wren kitchens nightmare - rights

So I made the biggest mistake in years and opted for wren to replace my kitchen. For piece of mind I opted for wren fitting and I paid a deposit on credit card and financed balance. it was all meant to begin mid May and take 2 weeks total. Here we are in July and I still do not have a complete kitchen ( half useable).

I don't need to say anymore on customer service - I should have heeded the warnings.

Biggest issue currently which I'd like assistance with is the Quartz worktop. It was installed chipped and also the wrong colour. I ordered pure white - installed is light speckled grey. After weeks the company OMG who supplied worktop have said the colour is a natural variation and they will send someone to repair the chips. I have this in writing via Twitter. I will screenshot this now.

I have advised wren i still dispute the colour issue however the worktop has chips in regardless and I am unwilling to accept a repair of a £2000 worktop (overpriced I know) so the colour issue is irrelevant. I notified wren within 1 week of installation of chips, it has taken company 1 month to provide assessment and resolution above.

Am I right in thinking the consumer rights act entitles me to either a replacement or refund of the worktop as it is chipped?

I have asked wren to remove damaged worktop and either arrange replacement or refund some can source my own worktop and get my kitchen closer to being finished. I suspect they will not respond as silence is their usual tactic as well as promised of "I'll get back to you". I have advised I will be removing worktop next week so they should arrange removal by Friday from my property ( they have delayed worktop issue for 3 weeks hence aria need to move along now).

Could anyone advise what would be a reasonable way to address this as wren are an unreasonable company and refuse to allow any management discussions.

Appreciate your advice in advance,
Pretty please X
