Search this forum for 'BW Legal' is the simplest way for you to find more answers than we could ever add to one little thread.

Soooo many BW Legal threads on here and on pepipoo forum (link below) right now, you could just read back, say, ten pages on each forum and learn so much from all the recent threads that you will be an expert on what to do:

    http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60

We know people always want 'the next step' on their own little island of a thread but believe me this is the tip of a huge iceberg and you will learn so much more by reading what's been said umpteen times in the past month alone. See what you find and then come back with any queries. You are a regular MSEer so sorry if I'm stating the obvious here about searching the forum.

The good news for the family member is that VCS 'tickets' are less likely (as of now) to be taken to a court claim than, say, Excel. We know of one VCS claim but if it was Excel, we know of lots. All defendable by the keeper.

Tell the family NOT to pick the phone up to talk to these letter-writers and if and when a response is warranted (e.g. if BW Legal follow that with a 'Letter before Claim/Action)' - NOT to say who was driving!!

    :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Thanks for that, the alledged driver, who BW Legal are writing to has gone through an IVA so has no money, its a long sorry story, but is now under dr through mental issues too. Not a good time for this person at the moment. has no assets at all, nothing, only clothes really. Bit of a worrier now through certain issues in life. If goes to court would not really effect the person if they got a ccj.
