  • Been a few months now, nothing from Excel, BW Legal, CSA or SRA. Is it better to leave sleeping dogs or get in touch with CSA/SRA? I'm having a search through the forum for others in same boat to see if they've had responses yet.
  • Long time no see people, I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year!

Today I finally got a reply from the CSA (complaint sent approx end of July), not really got anywhere with them, state BW have not done anything wrong in their eyes, although the CSA reply refers to Elliot V Loake and Beavis in the responses from BW!

Here is the letter for you to peruse. Would anyone suggest a reply? I can't really see anywhere I can take it with them. I'm still waiting on a reply from the SRA though, so this will just get filed with the other bumpf. Bet BW loved having to trawl through this! :rotfl:

this judge rubbished elliott vs loake in court recently, perhaps a reply could be drafted to point this out with the case number ?

Try using this link as your starting point. Looks like it's contact via a website portal.

Yes, you have nailed it all, I'd say, except maybe the CSA complaint needs to be done anyway because BW Legal will get tied up for weeks while it is investigated...
Assuming the CSA aren't like Ofcom and less useful than a chocolate teapot against an energy weapon...

Or BW Legal don't have a best friend at the CSA that they can "persuade" into ignoring the complaint - I wouldn't put it past them in this country.

They're a very slow-moving ship. Give it a month (or six!).

  • Hello!

Long time no see, been a year and a half but I've had another letter from the delightful Excel, strangely it's the exact same one I got back in 2016 basically saying that Excel have passed my details onto their legal team BW Legal because I haven't paid. So we're basically going round in circles.

Shall I wait to receive more correspondance from BW rather writing to them in first instance like Excel would like me to? Wondering where to go from here if they do as I have already been down the CSA and SRA route previously. I should have these letters still so I can always repeat this tact. I only have 7 months until it's been 6 years and they can't do anything, so I need to drag it out, and writing to the CSA and SRA one of them took a year to reply.

    Appreciate any guidance
