Not an airport ticket no, and not planning court, DRP just used their standard floaty language "We will recommend to the creditor that court action should be taken" or whatever
Utter Tosh if "the creditor" took you to court DRP will get nothing as they will have failed in their bullying to get you to pay them, so they are unlikely to really recommend that are they!0 -
I agree, email DRP and VCS and tell them you have been forwarded a letter sent to a previous address of yours in the UK but that your permanent place of residence is in fact the following, which is your address for service of all letters including any claim papers:
Germany address
Then finish by pointing out that they cannot hold a registered keeper liable due to the wording on their PCNs (which has not even been served to you) and if VCS should try a small claim then you will immediately move for a strike out because you are out of jurisdiction.
As such, they must consider this letter a Section 10 notice under the Data Protection Act (since your vehicle is registered in the UK, regardless of where you live) and you now expect DRP, VCS and their agents to cease processing your data as registered keeper of that vehicle as they have no cause of action and no prospects of success. Continued threatograms would be harassment and contrary to the DPA principles.

Does the reply telling the scammers of the OP's new address have to be in English? :whistle:I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
