Timeshare compensation companies

Options
Been approached by a company SPS stating they can get us out of Diamond resorts timeshare and possible money back. Anyone gone down this route or know of genuine companies that do this or had experience of SPS

As a general rule, and there are always exceptions to the rules, every single company that approaches you, as opposed to you contacting them, is simply after your money. How would they know you owned the timeshare?

The company was formed in 2014, has one director, the other was terminated/resigned last year, has a share capital of £1 and has no audited accounts. They talk of lawyers across Europe waiting to pounce on unsuspecting timeshare companies but not a single one is mentioned, and they offer to do this at a reasonable cost....

I know what my view would be but there is no harm in talking to them and asking if they do a 'no get out, no fee' service!

If they want a fee of any kind in advance or your bank/card details it wil be a 100% scam.
How did they get your details?

In that case they probably bought the list of owners from Diamond Resorts themselves, and you still think they are going to sue them for you? I very much doubt it...
  • Have been approached by Mark from Timeshare Compensation saying this is going to be the next big thing like PPI claims. Don't know how he got my details. Haven't given any info yet but he has called twice and a colleague once but at that point I had not look out all the paperwork. Has anyone else had an approach like this or know anything about this company.

    Approached how?
Timeshare Compensation is an independent company that advise timeshare owners of their options, depending on their situation and requested outcome.
We don’t cold call. The majority of our enquiries are driven by our online and press adverts alongside word of mouth recommendations and referrals.
We are not solicitors and will not give you legal advice. We are timeshare contract specialists and contract a network of adept solicitors, barristers, contract lawyers and paralegal firms. We will use the most qualified specialist depending on your case and claim.
