PHOTO editing software?

Hi all,


Can anyone recommend a low cost (or free!) software to edit my photos on line.


The one I always used (can't remember the name) stopped working a couple of years ago and I just haven't been able to find a good one since.

I've found Gimp to be very good and it's a free download. Coming from Photoshop it took a while to get used to the different ways of doing things, but it's powerful software.

There is a catch: if you haven't actually paid for Ps CS2 then you are not entitled to download it.

The download is purely for paying customers who for some reason need to reinstall.
