so I think I may of pushed my luck a little, but we'll see.
I have bank accounts with all LLOYDS banking group account and recently switched my BOS to first direct for the £100 and the regular saver at 6%. now all seems fine, all switched over today as should of, but yesterday I really didn't want to loose the interest on the 5k in my BOS so went and opened another account. whats my chances now the Lloyds group will see I switched an account just to reopen another and take me down the path some of the others was taken, IE - bye bye we no longer want you as a customer
I could always say I had some problem settings up my FD account which is true , I did! and just not happy with them and would rather keep my BOS account that's why I opened another

I wouldn't worry about it.
I opened two sacrificial accounts with Santander earlier in the year, both switched to get incentives or reads within a few weeks and retain accounts with them without any issues.0 -

Whilst I agree - don't worry about it.
What relevence is Santander to a question about Bank of Scotland? They aren't even in the same banking group.I wouldn't worry about it.
