If you read exactly what it says on the screen shot you have posted you will note that it says 'your EXPERIAN credit score'. There's a big clue there, its a number made up by experian which NO ONE ELSE has access to or uses. Experian do not lend money or run a credit card scheme so it really is a completely pointless thing to pay good money for.

If you read post #5 you will see they get this number provided free to them via Barclaycard. So I don't think they will be interested in your random number generator :rotfl:.
