working tax credit status?

i have been on DLA now for approx 18 months and am still receiving working tax credit at what stage does this change to the disablity tax credit???

    The Disabled Persons Tax Credit was replaced by the disability elements of WTC. So, assuming you are working at least 16 hours, you should stay on WTC - just make sure you are benefiting from all the elements you are entitled to.
