Why, why, why!!!!!
I have to leave so early to get to 9.30 lectures - If I want to get there on time I have to catch 8.00 train but my childcare doesn't start until 7.45 and the station is 20 minutes walk away - buses to station don't line up timewise so it's down to me walking/jogging. I have tried it but just cannot get there in time!
So I now have to catch the later one which gets me into Oxford for 9.15 but the Uni bus doesn't get me into college until 9.40
Aaaargh!!!!!!
Sometimes I wish I could just leave the kids to it - hahahahahahahaha

if it's the first lecture of the day, the chances of it starting on time are minimal so i wouldn't worry too much over 10 mins!!:happyhear0

Get a cheap cycle and leave it at the station during the day. One that`s not worth stealing.0

Hahahahaha - I'd love to but me and bikes have this unfortunate propensity to crash!!!! I never had a bike as a kid and my balance is awful. Last time I rode a bike I got squished between a parked van and a bus so have avoided them ever since!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I've emailed my tutor and told them that I have to get the later train and we'll see how that goes.Noli nothis permittere te terere

Get a push foot scooter! You could probably beat the bus down the High Street/St Clements etc at the moment on a bike or scooter with all the roadworks on The Plain.
Although you won't be able to take a bike that early on a train I assume anyway.0
