Hi all
Basically, am 22, have aspergers, dyspraxia, Endomitriosis, CFS, anxiety and depression, till a couple of weeks ago I was signed off on ESA... I have recently gotten a nursery job which I love but is full time... has anyone got any tips on how to manage certain health issues in the workplace? :j

"No one can change the past. The only thing we can do is strive to make up for our mistakes. Why must we make up for our mistakes, you ask? Because in so doing...we can find the way back to our path. And once we've found our path we can move on from our past mistakes toward a brighter future"

We may well have tips, but if you told us which particular health issues you were concerned about I think we'd be more helpful.Signature removed for peace of mind0

Hello,
Have you heard of access to work? They can do an assessment and suggest equipment and changes.. perhaps you need a more supportive wheel chair etc?
Is there somewhere quiet for rest breaks?
is this plant nursery or childcare setting?0 -

What it is that you think you may struggle with?
Access to work can help with adjustments and ongoing support - give them a ring (they have 3 regional centres as far as I know), and ask for their help and advice on your specific case.
Have you sought help for the MH side of things? These can be real stumbling blocks sometimes, your GP might be able to refer you or help you there.
Until you can say what issues you think you might have, it would be very difficult to advise you on them.0
