Vectone simply ignoring CISAS decision

To cut a long story short, last year I had an issue with Vectone mobile. The company simply ignored all complaints and so eventually I complained to CISAS. CISAS in its decision ordered Vectone to pay compensation by 6th June.
Vectone just ignored the CISAS decision - I informed CISAS of Vectone not complying with the CISAS decision nearly a month ago now.
For a small amount I now feel it is just not worth to pursue matters further. On other other hand I feel Vectone has been appalling and they shouldn't be getting away with non-existent customer service.
If Vectone simply ignores the CISAS decision and CISAS as it seems to me is a toothless tiger - is there any other option open to me to take this forward?

What have CISAS said with regards to Vectone not complying with the decision?0

I include the email from CISAS received about a month ago. I've asked them what is happening but so far hasn't heard anything..What have CISAS said with regards to Vectone not complying with the decision?
"Thank you for your email.
We are sorry to hear that action has not been taken by the company to comply with the adjudicator's decision within the required timeframe.
The CISAS Rules make clear that a decision made by an adjudicator will be binding on the company when it is accepted by the customer. We will therefore take steps to contact the company to encourage their immediate compliance with the decision. In the event that non-compliance with the decision persists, we will draw the matter to the attention of Ofcom as appropriate.
We will contact you again upon receipt of a response from the company."0 -

A bit tiresome, but just keep chasing CISAS. I'm sure they are not toothless - it's just a question of whether or not they will actually bite...0 -

CISAS have no power under their rules to enforce their decision:-
"4.6.5 CISAS is unable to enforce compliance with decisions, nor is CISAS able to apply penalties or sanctions to a company for failing to comply with an adjudicator’s decision".
