    You are right of course, I believe they know I don't have to legally renew but know I'm so scared of losing the house I'll pay- not this time.
    I'll take your advice and just pay monthly once my contract has ended.
    Just a single mum, working full time, bit of a nutcase, but mostly sensible, wanting to be Mortgage free by 2035 or less!
