Help with wording for a gift

Hi all
Looking for help please. A couple of friends are getting married and as a gift I have got a company to write a history book of there house (they live in an 1866 large Victorian house)
At the beginning of the book I can leave a message from myself to be included when published. I'm not the best with words and wondered if anyone could advise a nice sentence to include at the beginning
The important date is 20th August 2016.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
Paul

What a brilliant idea for a wedding gift!
How about something like "May you have many happy years together, both in (house name) and wherever else life takes you'
Or if you've learnt some interesting facts about the house 'I hope you marriage may be as long and happy as X couple who lived here during x years'
Kind of depends on what cheese factor you're going for really!0 -
"May you add many more happy chapters to this house's history...."0
