Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Me I have two although Experian only shows 1. Both looking to fall off next year.

Tier 4 originally, but some how and I don't know how my broker got me another DIP on tier 3

We are help to buy and tier 1 but I'm concerned affordability may be an issue.

I assume tier 1 is less risk and tier 3/4 is higher risk?

Hi all I'm also dealing with precise. Our full application went on on Monday the 4th of September. We have sold our property and bought another. We got a dip for 100k paying 25k deposit months ago as been dealing with the broker since march. Precise came back yesterday asking for proof of address for my husband and queried a few payments from my account. Hoping to hear soon as we move out our house in two weeks eeek! Credit check was done the day full application went through then valuation fee the next day. However this has not been done yet. My husband has 1 default I have 2. Not sure when there due to come off. Good luck everyone that's waiting x

How do you know what tier you are? We've been trying to sort our remortgage since June and last week got told no by another company due to a second charge (which they knew about all along)! We've got an aip with precise so going to full application tomorrow. Any advice re precise (what I can do to speed things through) would be much appreciated. Many thanks
