** update **
Today our mortgage adviser has submitted everything that Precise asked for (obviously without the 2017 p60's) now waiting to see if they will accept the 2016 P60's instead and last payslip of the year which shows the earnings of the year anyway.
Valuation has been instructed.
Lets see what else they want...0 -

Still waiting on an offer. Not holding much hope now with it being easter weekend . Due to exchange contracts a week tomorrow. And they have now requested ANOTHER letter from my employer stating my wage has gone up with the national minium wage. Beyond fed up now0
-
Desperate for an answer now! We was hoping to hear something today after the Easter break but again sitting here waiting. Our deadline is next Friday the 28th and I'm none the wiser.0

They are still working on docs from the 7th so if your broker has submitted any info after this then there will be a bit of a wait. Our broker says it's currently a 7 day turn around on docs.
Our valuation is booked for tomorrow so i hope we will find out by the end of the month.
Has anyone been turned down post valuation?0
