Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Yeah we have told our mortgage broker that we cannot get our P60's. I should have mine next week and my partner will get hers at the end of the month hopefully. So stressful but we can only do what we can x

Very true. Well lets hope they come through soon. Just have to wait for the letter from my husbands head office to get to them im assuming that will be next week. X

Hi everyone,
We are also waiting for our mortgage offer from precise.
Our full application went in on the 9th march and valuation/survey done on the 13th march.
They got in touch with our broker on monday as some paperwork needed the estate agents stamp on and apart from asking to confirm my childrens date of birth they havent asked for anything else.
Broker seems to think they would have asked on monday if they needed anything else so hoping to recieve offer early next week.
We are lucky that the people we are buying the house from are buying ours and we are using same estate agents.
Hope we all have an offer soon ��

Hello everyone

We are in the same situation with Precise, had a DIP about 2 months ago found a property put in the app via a broker 24/3/17 which our broker thought we would have no problem with. A few days later was asked for more documents P60 and 45, thought that would be it after waiting a week broker called Precise only to find out they wanted more documents. All in all it has been just over 2 weeks from putting in application. My partner and I are getting anxious as we are not sure what else there is to ask for?

I've just contact the vendors agents and they have confirmed that the valuation has been booked for the 20th April. I'm guessing the date is so far away due to the vendors not being around (she's a teacher so maybe going away and bank holidays and all that)....anyway, I digress!

All Precise have come back to us asking for is our landline number which has been provided so I'm guessing they're happy with everything else!

Movement at last!

Our timeline for anyone who's interested:

Sold our house: 10th January
Our offer accepted: 14th January
Declines (after DIP's with 2 lenders): 27th January
*PANIC SETS IT*
Search with our first broker, then change brokers...
DIP with Precise: 21st March
*Issues with solicitor we were using not being on Precises panel-eventually sorted*
Full app submitted: 30th March
Valuation booked: 20th April (only found out on the 7th that it has been instructed)

Wow...that's actually pretty dragged out!!
