MCOL - what cost?

Hi all.
I'm about to start a MCOL case to try to get back the £800 that I am owed.
Please can anyone tell me how much this will cost me if I fail,

With respect, I know the site but I'm not quite ready to 'take the plunge', so just wondered how much a claim for £800 would cost me....

No, it's the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) who are the official arbiter in financial disputes.

MCOL is only if you are actually OWED money. You are not "owed" a PPI refund unless you can show it was mis-sold to you..

Why has the Bank not acknowledged your complaint? They have eight weeks in which to do this..
