Morning all,
I had a buyer send me a question about shopping an item to Denmark or Iceland and I said that was fine as long as It was the address on their paypal and told them the shipping cost. They have now bought the item and paid but have sent me a message saying that they couldn't change the shipping address as its their old English one and could I ship to their address in Iceland, they have also asked me to mark the item as gift (it is £30). Please can you advise what I should do? I am very reluctant to send to an address not on their paypal.
Many Thanks

You have to explain to them you can't do it and then cancel the sale using reason "problem with buyers address". They can start again with the correct details. You will loose 20p straight away from PayPal so the customer is not doing you any favours at the moment.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Cancel and block.
Asking to have the item marked as a gift to get round customs is fraud and also against ebay policy.0
