How can I contact Paypal? Am at my wit's end!

I have had a Paypal account for some time. In July I set up a company and I use Paypal for my website transactions and wanted to set up an Ebay shop. In order to do this I needed to verify my business banking account on Paypal and Ebay. Apparently because its a business name I had to send in a signed direct debit form.
I sent off the direct debit forms in July. One month later Ebay sent an email to confirm. So my Ebay account is ready to roll linked to my new bank account although to be honest I thought one month was a long time to wait!
However I STILL have heard nothing from Paypal. That is still linked to my verified personal bank account with an unverified business banking account.
I contacted them and they sent me this reply
I replied to ask for further assistance but they haven't even bothered to reply to that. Its now 2 months since I sent off the form and I'm stuck. I'm loathe to just send off another one to them without some form of communication first.
Is there any other way of contacting Paypal in the UK? I'm stuck not being able to advertise my site nor trade on Ebay now for two whole months. Money down the drain
All and any help most gratefully received.

(oh and I'm not Mr I'm Ms but I'll let them off that even though my name is an obvious girls' name but they don't sound like they are UK based as the email apparently came from their offices in Luxembourg even though I sent the direct debit to a UK address as requested). Thanks for contacting PayPal. My name is **** and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your questions.
I understand that you wish to know what happened to the DDI that you
have sent to us. I do apologise for any inconvenience this might have
caused you.
Mr. ****, upon reviewing your account there is no documents attached to
it yet. Kindly wait for a confirmation regarding the status of it once
we have recieve it.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Phone them. When logged into Paypal, go to 'help', then contact us and you can find the number. They're not too bad on the phone either!.0

Just take this as a warning and use a different card processer, there are plenty around.
I use nochex, who so far (touch wood) have been very good.
Google payments are another good option for your website.0 -

Aha. Thanks.Without that I wouldn't have gone back and looked again. I hadn't got a phone number there when I looked before. Must be because the business account was in the process of being registered or something so I didn't realise you could phone them

Unfortunately from my research Paypal is a popular option with buyers and the one used on Ebay. I hopefully will need to look for an alternative one day though (or not if I never make any money but I like to think optimistically :rotfl:)I live in my own little world. But it's okay.
