    I agree with what others are saying, but I would avoid them anyway.

    I have been with them for a few years, always the cheapest. Last month I phoned up to change my DD details, then when I was on holiday, got a text saying to contact them. I emailed, asking them to email me because I was away, but they kept saying ring them.
    I emailed again asking if it was about the DD, one replied saying yes, and I need to contact them immediately, but the next day got another email from a manager also saying it was about the DD, but that they have now reinstated my insurance.
    YES, they cancelled my insurance without saying
