It's in Cambuslang. The houses are selling like crazy at the moment. Every time I see one I like its Under Offer after a few days.0 -
there was a flat on Duke Street in Dennistoun for offers over 80k last year, Home Report 85k. it went for just over 93k
almost all 1's and a few 2's on the Home Report, it needed modernisation0 -
The market is crazy. I wish everything was Fixed Price haha. Wishful thinking though
