Fair enough. But if you own 31% you almost certainly control it.....
No you don't. You need a 51% shareholding to control a company. It's a matter of arithmetic....Daily Mail has endorsed Theresa May, which is strange considering she was in favour of remain. But tabloids often go with who their readers wishes whilst owners may prefer a different outcome.
Would you not expect a newspaper to, generally speaking, go with their readers wishes? And what's that got to do with Zoopla?0 -
